The Narrative collection is perfect for personalising with your own significant touch. Crafted in silver, yellow or rose gold vermeil these engravable jewels feature a subtle detailing of bubbles encapsulated in between two plaques to create a truly unique layered effect.
Recently I was lucky enough to be invited to the Links of London Christmas party at their store on Kings Road to take a peek at their new Narrative collection. I felt very Made in Chelsea as I swanned up the mini red carpet outside the door to be greeted by a glass of bubbly it has to be said - just a shame that I wasn't particularly dressed for the occasion after a long day at work.
As I wandered further into the shop I was given a little Links of London box that I opened up to discover my very own Narrative pendant which was for me to get engraved at the event - what a lovely touch! The fantastic Tom was stationed in the corner with all his tools ready to hand engrave an initial on everyone's necklace - you can see my swirly letter 'L' in the photo above.
Once I had my new pendant hanging around my neck I headed off round the shop to take in some of the other collections on offer - until recently I had always associated Links with charm bracelets so it was nice to see so much variety in one place. I spent more than a few minutes lingering around the friendship bracelet section trying to spot mine - which I of course had on!
Over the course of the rest of the evening I had a lovely chat with lots of the Links of London lovelies, including the head of product design (such an interesting lady!) It was so nice to have a proper chat with the people behind the event - and of course to catch up with lots of fellow bloggers including the beyond fabulous Leigh. I of course had to round off the night by getting myself illustrated by the amazing talented Willa Gebbie, definitely one to frame and hang up in the new flat!
The whole event was such a fab example of just how good blogger events can be - I really felt like I came away with a whole new understanding of the brand and the direction it wants to head in. I also came away with a new appreciation for personalised jewellery - I'd definitely recommend the Narrative collection if you're looking for a Christmas gift that is a little bit special!
