There are a number of things I love about Autumn and Winter seasons: the fact that all of the best holidays are coming up, the fact that I can finally snuggle up under my quilt and not overheat and the fact that I can finally drag all of my layers out from where they've been languishing under my bed and start to wear actual clothes again.
Knitwear is my ultimate favourite; from cable-knit jumpers to chunky sweater dresses to waterfall cardigans, there is an endless supply of snuggly warmth to be found in shops from about August onwards. Not being one to invest in one statement piece I'd much rather opt for five cheaper items than one classic one and that extends to my knitwear. Step in Mary Jane Fashion who have some beautiful examples for bargain prices, what do you think of the ones I've added to my wishlist?
I can see myself wearing all of those jumpers although the mint stripe one is calling my name the loudest, if I bought this maybe I'd finally become one of those super stylish people who can look put together in just jeans and a knit like the lovely Becky. When it comes to the cardigans the waterfall numbers are definitely very 'me' for during the day and they'd look perfect with a nice pair of wet look leggings but that gorgeous heart print number looks like it would make the perfect addition to a cozy night-in uniform of loungewear and slipper boots. Plus the obligatory wintery hot chocolate and whipped cream of course!
