When it comes to the contents of my shower, I have to say, usually I'm not particularly one for consistency, often I'll use any old product that happened to be on offer in Boots when I popped in last and there's isn't usually anything that makes me feel particularly prone to purchasing it again when its all finished up.
Recently I've been using one of the new Imperial Leather Foamburst range and I'm beginning to wonder if I might finally have found the one. First of all you guys know that in terms of fragrance, I'm one for the sweet and fruity side of the spectrum. This Bewitching Blackberry and Wild Fig shower foam is gorgeously fruity smelling but in a slightly more subtle and grown up way than my usual STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE type preferences. The scent definitely lingers a little once you've washed all the foam away but not to the extent that it interferes with any perfume you spritz on once you're dressed.
Secondly, we have a real value for money aspect going on here. Now, a 200ml bottle retails for £2.99 which might not sound particularly cheap if like me you tend to make a beeline for the big red sale signs in the shower gel section but you get proper bang for your buck with this range. A little really does go a long way as I found out the first time I used this and realised that my small handful of foam was about twice as much as I actually needed. Not only that, but you can use this as shaving foam as well, so if you'd normally drop another two or three quid on a can of that on top of your shower gel this might well be the product for you.
All in all I'd say this was a thumbs up all round, now I just need to go ahead and convince Sean that this is my shower gel, he can bloody well go and buy his own.
P.S. Right now there's a cheeky little competition running based on each different fragrance over here. I just entered to win a weekend in Edinburgh, why not go and see if there's something you like the look of?
