Wishlist | Miss Selfridge Coats

Hello, hello, hello! I'm back, did you miss me? Yesterday I handed in 40 pages of blood, sweat and tears in the form of my MA dissertation and boy am I glad to see the back of that thing! Towards the end I wasn't even sure if what I was writing made sense, Roman taxation just turns everything into a blur it seems. I have a job interview lined up for Thursday so I'm keeping my fingers tightly crossed that something will come of that but otherwise I've got a little bit of spare time to get my blog back up to standard!

First on my list of things to buy when I get an actual job with a real life salary is a new winter coat. I have a few in my wardrobe that'll do the job for now but none of them are quite perfect, so the quest continues! This year Miss Selfridge have really pushed the boat out when it comes to their outerwear section, so many beautiful coats and only one body to wear them on. I've narrowed my personal favourites down to three, so now I need your help choosing the ultimate winner...

1) This Aztec Coat caught my eye straight away, I love the print and the autumnal colours and the huge fur collar just makes it look so cozy and inviting, I bet its super comfy! Its also a little bit more 'different' than my other two choices, which is always a good thing in my book.

2) I'm always telling myself that I need to get a nice classic beige trench coat and this Stone PU Sleeve Mac is perfect, the contrast sleeves save it from being too safe an option and the shape is really flattering, I bet I'd swish around in this feeling like I belonged on Made in Chelsea.

3) Last but not least we have this Black Long Line Biker which also has the faux leather detailing that I'm so fond of and not only that, it has rose gold zips and buttons as well! Its like the ultimate fashion blogger coat, as far as I'm concerned.

Give me a hand guys, which one should I go for?

  1. I love them all! (sorry, I realise that isn't helpful!) but personally I'd lean more towards the middle on as I imagine it would go with everything, but the one of the left does look extremely comfortable too!

I give up... Decisions aren't my strength haha!

I'm sure you'll look great in whichever you choose :) xx

  3. I've been eyeing up that middle one for ages! It's gorgeous and won't date, I totally agree about it being Made in Chelsea -esque!

  4. I LOVE the trench. I tried it on over the weekend but it was just a little too long for me and didn't quite look right (I'm 5 2) :( You definitely pick that one!
