Today I thought I would show you guys a few of the pictures that I managed to snap amongst all of the chaos and fun of last Saturday when myself and a few other bloggers got treated to a hairstyling session and afternoon at Lovebox with Panasonic.
Panasonic have released a hairdryer called the Panasonic NA65 Nanoe Hairdryer* which by using nanoe technology instead of the traditional ionic hairdryers manages to retain 1000 times more moisture making it perfect for drying slightly heat frazzled summer hair. There's a whole heap of scientific knowledge behind the claim which I'm not going to hugely go into because to be honest I don't really understand it, but what I will say is that having had it used on me at the event and having used it since at home I'm definitely noticing that my hair is sitting more smoothly and looking a bit shinier. There are also a few bonuses thrown in to make the £99 pricetag a little easier to swallow such as a cold blast button to set your hair and a few different nozzles to play with.
It really is a wonderful hairdryer and I would say if you're looking to invest in something that helps your hair stay healthy its a brilliant one to go for. You can buy it online now from Boots actually so if you've got any advantage points handy why not give it a whirl?
After we'd had our hair twisted into some gorgeous festival styles by the lovely people at The Painted Lady Salon in Shoreditch we all headed off to the festival and whilst I didn't think it was necessarily going to be my type of music I had a wonderful time. Me and my brother saw John Newman, Aluna George, Netsky Live, D'Angelo and Plan B and enjoyed them all thoroughly - John Newman has the most beautiful voice and I came away with a newfound love for Drum & Bass after Netsky Live! The highlight of the day was definitely Plan B though I can't stop playing his music since watching his set.
Huge thanks to everybody involved in the day for providing me with a really brilliant first ever music festival experience, I'll see you all again at Lovebox next year?!
