Would you believe that this is pretty much the first Little Black Dress I've ever owned? I've just always been distracted by more colourful or embellished clothes before. As soon as I received this one I loved it though, its so elegant but the sparkly detail on the back makes it a bit more 'me' since I'm such a magpie.
The dress itself is really slimming, the cut and material of it is just so nice and its lined as well which I like. The sleeveless fit and high neck made me feel quite Audrey Hepburn so I went for a classic up-do and sparkly gems but I think I made it a bit more modern with the splash of bright blue.
I'd definitely recommend browsing the party dresses on the Very website although if you've been buying yourself little treats all month and have already got a wardrobe full to bursting you might prefer to look at their christmas gifts instead.
