recipe post: easy spaghetti carbonara for one

Anyone who has ever had to cook for themselves will appreciate how helpful it is to have a repertoire of quick, easy and delicious pasta recipes. This probably isn't the correct way to make a carbonara, but man is it delicious.

  2. I love carbonara! I make mine by adding grated garlic to the bacon and chopping up some flat leaf parsley - def recommend it!

  4. This looks scrummy! Protip: Save some of the pasta water and use it to let the sauce down in lieu of some of the cream, keeping the pan on the heat to get rid of the water. The starch content of the water thickens up the sauce and helps it to adhere to the pasta. Try it, you won't be disappointed, and that's a Lodzy promise. Hope you're well! x

  6. I've never added egg to my carbonara but I might give it a try tonight. Yep, I've come up with loads of really quick ways to make myself dinner while I've been a student!
