MUA/Lovehearts Event

On Wednesday just before I hopped on a sleeper up to Scotland I went along to the launch of the new MUA range with Lovehearts (my favourite childhood sweets-nom!)

The event was held at the Piccadilly Institute and the bar we were in was literally full to the brim with sweeties and new makeup, my idea of heaven. It was a lovely venue, great for catching up with some of my favourite bloggers over macaroons, cupcakes and cocktails in jam jars!

I'm a recent convert to MUA makeup and the Lovehearts lip balms and nail polishes look fab-lots of pastel shades and cute packaging.

Oh dear-really need to get a decent camera!

New additions to the main MUA range included plumping lipglosses, glitter crackle nail polishes, a BB cream and some amazing contour eyeliner pens which came in some really stunning colours. (I got one in gunmetal in my goody bag which I can't wait to try out.)

Speaking of goody bags, we were really spoilt at the end of the evening when we were handed a bag filled with love hearts and some of the make up that we'd been looking at that evening:

I got another lip balm as well-but that one is currently buried at the bottom of my handbag!

If that wasn't enough, I also went and won myself a prize in the raffle, prepare to get a sugar rush just from looking at the screen!

Check out the MUA Lovehearts range and the rest of the main range and see if anything catches your eye! I'm off to play about with my new goodies and chomp on some sweets!

  6. Ah looked great! Although I'm glad I didn't go as I was knackered and would have probably be a nightmare to be around. Hahaha! I will definitely check these out in the shops though.

Gutted you won't be here tomorrow, or shall I say today! : (
